RUBIN BECERRA & EVONNE from Customer Service/Protection were helpful, as was Ass't Company Secretary JARED CRANNEY, all working for the ENTAIN group which trades under many brands.They were quick to understand and correct blunder by Entain's automatic AI-based decision-making - a process that is pretty useless, I add! I should never have been put in the position that I needed to ask for human intervention to correct Entain's mistakes!I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because while fixing the problem within LADBROKES, CORAL, BetMGM and this trading name, the problem still subsists within SPORTINGBET, another in the stable, and thus costing me more time.

This is one of the most crooked bookie site out there, Coral is a sister site so this says a lot! Re-joined today and I thought I’d give them a chance. Spend £100 and play £1 spins on big bass lake… I had one win of £4.32 and thats it… this is unbelievable how those thieves still operate! But one thing about is happening right now, people are spending less and less on bookies due to inflation and soon we will see all of them going down.

The worst company in the world
The worst company in the world. In the slots, when the bonus is about to come out, it either gets stuck or the app kicks you out. For the past two years, I have been forced to record videos of the sessions because every time they find excuses and do not pay out any potential winnings.

Spins are Manipulated after testing
After extensive testing spins are manipulated watch the reels and time of each normal spin and if you get a decent win it will double spin it " extended spin " that's twice as long as a normal spin just so it doesn't payout also they reset your over time payout % by making fake errors occur and also gaining additional funds by making pop ups occur and taking a spin amount and keeping the last paid result.I would avoid we have a small group that are testing all casino and spin sites and this is by far one of the worst.
