I may have logged into my 1xbet account once or twice on the opera browser. Don't know if that could have led to the erroneous matching. But I majorly used my 1xbet app on my phone.If a customer complains that they have been erroneously flagged and/or matched with a stranger, isn't it up to your security team to investigate and find out the truth?! Instead you immediately rush to deduct the customer's winnings without any further investigation to find out the truth. That is a very fraudulent business model! So I lose my winnings because I was erroneously matched to someone else and that's it?! I will not take this lying down!! You can't possibly operate this way. No wonder you don't have any good reviews. Your business model is very anti-customer. I will forward every correspondence to the relevant authorities. If I don't get my winnings back, at least I'll ensure that no one else here in Nigeria falls victim to such practices.
