Such a terrible company

Such a terrible company. The app takes money from your account due to it's gremlins they refuse to acknowledge. Then ink order to get your money back they took in error you have to jump through hoops and wait on chat for ages and ages. They also refuse to accept complaints. They should be closed down.

Amanda is very helpful

Joined PP under paddy powers are con artists

Joined PP under Cheltenham festival free bets offers. Have been unable to place my free bets as they have our several hurdles to get to free bets. Contacted them online but like a robot the person just referred me to the info already provided. Total con artists. Joined Ladbrokes and was able to place my free bets with them and they even provided videos to explain his to once the bets.

Really enjoying Paddy Power app. Went in based on a promotion pop up. Didn't expect much but the site feels friendly and responsive. Had a slight glitch with certain pages not loading but contacted customer service, got through very quickly and the problems were sorted immediately. Very pleased.
