Well, 30 business days and still no prize redemption. Haven't given them another dime.

I requested a redemption of around $500.00 on 9/21/2025, almost 6 months ago as I write this. I still have not received my money. First support told me that in some cases redemptions could take "90 business days or longer" according to their terms of service. I waited patiently for 90 business days, but that passed more than a month ago. They have provided no explanation which makes me wonder whether they have the money to pay the redemptions that they owe. I'm getting the sense that by "or longer" they mean "or never"

Do you want to wait 6+months for your redemption?? Do you want terrible, slow automatic responses from support?? Do you like losing money?? Would you like the worst RTP of all online slot websites?? Do you love when websites take your money the second you deposit from your bank but when you redeem they take “90 business days”? Then this is the sweepstakes casino for YOU! I reached the 90 business days as agreed but then they said “don’t worry, your redemption is still in queue and in the T&C blahh blahh, it states some circumstances it can take longer, like what are even talking about?? I responded that I could have rode a horse to their business location 6 states away and take a check instead and it would be quicker than they could send me a digital payment… don’t even give these robbers your hard earned money..read other comments.. the only good ones are paid reviews

This now my 9th review, Today marks 109 business days yes you read the right it’s been 6 months!! I still have not received any actual information on my redemption. Same copy and paste email -Hi,I completely understand you’re eager for a resolution. As I mentioned previously, your redemption has already been escalated and is in the Redemption Team’s queue. We have not yet received any further updates, but I’ll reach out to you immediately once we do.Wild to think it’s almost 6 months and my redemption is still “under review” also my redemption has been “escalated” for almost a month. This is the 7th time I’ve received this email.Also this was my email before does anyone notice the difference in wording, conveniently now its 90 day “or longer”Redemptions are processed in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays), and per our Terms of Service, they can take up to 90 business days or so during periods of high volume.Keep moving the goal post Is crazy!

Updated review:I requested a withdrawal on 9/17/2025 for $100.20. It's now 3/10/2026 and It's still in pending status. I do not recommend using them. Themoneyfactory is not a good casino company. They cannot prove that they pay out and until I receive my money I will continue to believe that they take people's money but they don't pay out. It's been very misleading from the start with terms and conditions changing and then not addressing the reasons for my waiting. Nothing that they are doing makes any sense. The reasons that they give do not justify the awful waiting. There are other casino websites that have way more people that use their sites and yet they can pay out in a week. I am now way beyond the 90 business days. I do not have an explanation from them as to why it's taking so long. All this seems no different than a scam. I feel scammed. I feel they were so quick to happily take my money but they refuse to pay out. If they gave me some type of indication of when I will get my money, I wouldn't feel that way. But they took my money and I feel like my money was stolen because they misrepresented. I have yet to see people get their money. Every review website that I find including Reddit slams them for the payout speeds and some people haven't even gotten paid. I just don't know how they can continue doing this thinking that it's okay not to provide updates along the way or at the very least have a better process on how they operate. Just inexcusable.
