I opened an account deposited 200, i was supposed to receive a bonus, i HAVENT, I contacted them. and a week later I havent received the bonus nor the answer.It looks like this casino is dead or theres no support its a scam.I will update the review when I will receive the answer

I made an account with no VPN as I don’t want to run into any problems at any casino I’m going to deposit my hard earned money into. I had read over a hundred reviews from US players here on trust pilot most of them with responses from the casino staff so they obviously know they’re US players. When I went to deposit there was nothing to stop me. I’m glad I read enough negative reviews that it made me question if I should deposit so I asked support if I could play and redeem being from the US…and after they typed and deleted a response multiple times, they finally responded that I could not and my account would be closed. So they knew I was from the US when I signed up, (pragmatic games are no longer allowed in the US and they weren’t accessible from my profile though other games were) I entered my home address, not to mention they have access to IP address location obviously. They’ve also been sending me emails daily trying to entice me to make a first deposit with different bonus offers..you know to my IP address in the United States and my account with a US address in my profile. So they would allow me to deposit and lose my money no problem but if I would’ve won and went to redeem my winnings this review would be even more in line with the other people they’ve deceived and stolen from. They could block players from prohibited jurisdictions from even signing up if they wanted. The software has been available for a long time now and is used by actual legitimate casinos in the industry. So if any of you reading this BEFORE you deposit Id highly advise you not to. lolTo wild.io staff that will surely respond with generic “Our T&Cs Jurisdictional Rules” bs…you know exactly what you’re doing, it’s actually illegal (you know stealing people’s money by allowing them to deposit and play but then refuse to pay out the whole time aware they’re playing from a prohibited region) and it’s blatantly evident you know because you choose not to stop players from these regions from depositing or even making an account to begin with and you respond to hundreds of US reviewers here on trust pilot. Furthermore you send multiple emails a day trying to get me to deposit knowing from day one I’m a US resident and had I done so and won a large amount you would’ve denied my redemption and banned me like you have countless other people. Class acts like such as yours deserve class action. Edit: outright lies!!! FIRST LETS MENTION THAT YOU TRIED TO HAVE MULY REVIEW REMOVED AS BEING ILLEGITIMATE BUT NOW YOU SEEM TO REMEMBER ….HUH WEIRD RIGHT 🙄 You literally THANK US USERS for their reviews and their great EXPERIENCES with your services. You knowingly market to restricted countries and COULD stop people from being able even being able to make an account. YOU’RE AWAREOF USERS GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATIONS AS SOON AS THEY VISIT YOUR SITE!!!! WITHOUT GOING INTO THE IT SIDE OF THINGS THAT WOULD MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR UPU TO DENY THIS, I’LL POINT OUT THE VERY SIMPLE FACT THAT WHEN I MADE MY ACCOUBT AND PLAYED, I COULDN’T PLAY ANY PRAGMATIC GAMES BECAUSE THEY DONT ALLOW US USERS, I CLICKED ON IT AND IT SAID “PROHIBITED IN YOUR REGION”!!!!! MY ACCOUNT WAS ONLY BANNED WHEN I OUTRIGHT ASKED IF I COULD PLAY AND REDEEM WITHOUT ISSUE BEING FROM THE U.S….WHAT YOURE DOING IS IN FACT ILLEGAL. Their casino is no longer worth playing on.I just realised they lowered all the rtp on their slots.I have now changed casinos and will no longer play here.

After a month of sending everything they asked for, including video verification, they blocked my account and took my money. I had $632 there, with $500 deposited. By law and according to the terms, they should at least return my deposit, but they didn't even do that. Stay away from this site, they are extremely dishonest.
